What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
At EmberOne Survival, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at emberonesurvival@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly review and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically sent a replacement, or in the case of return, credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at emberonesurvival@gmail.com.
Preorder items are made in batches. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept the stated production and shipping timelines. If you need to cancel a preorder, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Here's what to expect:
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Preorder items will ship within the estimated timeframe listed on the product page (typically 5-7 business days).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
