Refund policy

At EmberOne Survival, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.  We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. 

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at emberonesurvival@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.  We will gladly review and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a replacement, or in the case of return, credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at emberonesurvival@gmail.com.

Preorder items are made in batches.  By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept the stated production and shipping timelines. 

If you need to cancel a preorder, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
