Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Preorder items will ship within the estimated timeframe listed on the product page (typically 5-7 business days). 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.  We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged please contact us at emberonesurvival@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
